As a psychotherapist, I accompany people on their journey to develop their potential and attain new perspectives.

Find your own personal approach to your individual challenge. The person-centered approach will lead you there by understanding and respecting you as a whole person, allowing you to explore the difficulties, conflicts, and/or crises in your own pace and develop your solutions in the process.

Today, as a psychotherapist, I can look back on many years of clinical experience with patients with both psychosomatic and psychiatric diagnoses.

My extensive training and continuing education enable me to treat my clients holistically.
However, the individual needs of the person affected always remain decisive in the treatment.

Psychotherapy can also be conducted in Czech if required.

In our psychotherapy sessions, we will explore difficult moments and feelings together in a safe and protected space, and we will put your experiences and emotions into words.

This allows you to process existential experiences and feel emotionally better.

You will find within yourself the path that is best suited for you! I am happy to accompany you on this journey!

The mindful and deeply nurturing touch of Shiatsu can help you release blockages and tensions, ease pain, find a greater sense of inner calm and clarity, and activate your body’s natural self-healing abilities. It can help you return to a sense of flow, reconnect with your own vitality, and better navigate the challenges of everyday life.

I look forward to accompanying and supporting you on your journey with Shiatsu!

As I am currently still completing my Shiatsu training (I have already completed 5 of the 7 levels), I offer treatments on a donation basis.

I also draw on more than 30 years of professional experience as an occupational therapist, with expertise in trigger point therapy, neurodynamics, balance training, and the treatment of people with Parkinson’s disease.
